Cancellation & Returns Policy
Ann Health Store will only issue refunds if there has been an error on our part, or if the items you receive are faulty. We cannot accept returns of personalised items, as they cannot be sold to someone else.
Assuming you return an item because of an error on our part, or because the item is faulty, Ann Health & Beauty Store will gladly refund your cost in returning the item(s). The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and within 30 days of delivery.
Your Right to Cancel
As a customer you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the order at any time, up to the expiry of 7 working days after delivery of the product(s). You must however take reasonable care of the items, and they will have to be sent back to us at your own cost. You can only return to us items whose individual packaging remains sealed and unopened. If you have opened the packaging of the products then you have lost the right to cancel the order for that product. This is because we will not be able to take the product back in an open condition and re-sell it. Also, the right to change your mind only applies to those item that have not been created specifically to your requirements, such as a customised order. For the products that we create specifically for you, right to withdraw from the order will cease when we start work on it – with your permission. Please also bear in mind that items returned to us for reasons other than that stated above will not have their return postage / shipping cost refunded. However, we will endeavour to carry out our responsibilities under accordance as soon as practicable and within 30 days of your order. If we do however fail to carry out our responsibilities within that time period we will inform you and refund your money, no later than 60 days after your order. You can however, prolong the time in which we carry out our responsibilities. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above conditions.
Returned Items – Lost in Transit Info
We cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit. While you are responsible for returning the products to us, we advise to send the packages by recorded or special delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
With regards to the items returned to us within 30 days of delivery, with the proper returns authorisation code, and in government with these terms and condition, a refund or alternative will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Any replacement items will be calculated on your initial product specification as stated on your order.
